Flags on permanent forecourt flagpoles is the most impressive form of advertising your company. They raise the level of prestige and help build your company’s image and brand. National holidays are strongly associated in our minds with hoisting the flag, and this image has led societies to perceive flag advertising with greater esteem. You too can raise your company’s game by flying your flags side by side national flags, but remember to follow the appropriate flag order. We can assist you with our professional services in this respect. When flying your flags, it is also important to keep them in good condition and replace them as required. When placing an order with us, all you need to specify in your email is the size (width x length) and quantity of flags (if the flag hoist is non-standard, please indicate this too). We will respond with a dedicated offer, and following your acceptance of the costs, we will then proceed to discuss the artwork files. However, before we begin working on your order, we will always send you a reference file based on which we will agree on the hoist.

The flag hoist is either custom-made to suit your flagpole, or it can be copied based on the previously used flag. The key element to consider is whether there is a banner arm at the top of your pole. If there is one, a tunnel will need to be made in the flag’s top part. Below, you will find proper descriptions of the individual flag hoists for 120 gsm polyester (see the pictures):

• Left: Flag tunnel ... cm flat (standard: 4 cm for a normal flagpole) and the rest hemmed
• Left: Reinforced edge + 2 banner eyelets in the corners, and the rest hemmed
• Left: Flag tape + flag snap hooks every ... cm (50 cm is standard) the rest hemmed
• Left: Flag tape + flag snap hooks every ... cm (50 cm is standard) the rest hemmed
• Top: flag tunnel ... cm flat (5 cm flat is standard)

Options:

Our offering includes two flag fabrics. As a standard, we manufacture flags from polyester with a weight of 120 grams per square metre. This is a certified German knitted polyester with a uniform structure of cross-woven yarn. The specific nature of this fabric requires hemming the flag around the edges to prevent splitting. For more demanding customers, we usually propose a mesh-structured flag fabric with a grid structure. It is up to 30% more durable than standard polyester. This is because of greater ventilation of the flag and the lack of a load on the flag seams that, under wind pressure, can tear the fabric over time. If you opt for this fabric, when defining the hoist please annotate at the end that the rest of the fabric is to be cut sharp (no hem).
