The (small) cross base is designed for indoor displays on flat surfaces. The mast is installed to the support tube. With an extra water weight, the base can also be used outdoors in moderate wind conditions.

To make the flags fully visible, an appropriate base must be selected which is suitable to the displaying location. When selecting the base please consider not only the location but also the transportation ergonomics for optional comfort of use.
